Hello! Today is my first post on my new fitness/wellness blog. The idea first began with small intentions to share my own personal journeys with tranforming chaotic spheres of my life (multiple committments, poor diet, dissembodiment and sparse home care) through building health and wellness deep within.
Often times, it is hard to make that transition to the project that we have been always meaning to accomplish or to better ordering our days for more optimal balance between work and relaxation because we have not supported our body in making that shift.
One example is not getting enough daily servings of fruits and vegetables. As a vegetarian for over ten years, I sometimes did not get enough servings myself. JuicePlus+ has filled in those gaps. But more on that will follow.
Building yourself from the inside out is what this blog hopes to share and promote. That can be through affirmations, fitness tips, skin care secrets, reflection exercises and sharing articles.
Most of all, this blog is an honest look into my own trials and triumphs in walking into a more present and fuller me.
